The owners of this newly created landscape are avid gardeners, visiting numerous English gardens and landscapes while living in London, which spurred their interest in horticulture. The clients preferred a ‘British Colonial’ architectural style residence which influenced our garden design, using extensively detailed gates and fences in the historic Chippendale pattern (rendered in rust-proof aluminum). Nievera Williams also designed the tropically styled pool house 'folly’, with metal 'palm’ columns, covered in fragrant Jasmine.

Locally sourced coral stone paving was specified by Nievera Williams, along with the use of native, and/or drought tolerant plant material. The landscape design is composed of garden 'rooms’ with long vistas into the one acre site, using colorful, tropical, all year interest plants resulting in a verdant and environmentally sensitive landscape inspired by English gardens the client so admired.
